Parachute suit

Target:

For the needs of the Ministry of Defense and on the basis of expressed interest from their side, we conducted R&D; of a parachute suit through which a person can parachute and land at a given point without the use of a parachute.

Research directions:

• Increase of a wing aspect ratio
• Reducing the load on the wing
• drag reduction
• Increase of aerodynamic efficiency
• Choice of body longitudinal control (to control the angle of attack)
• Increased directional stability and control capacity (keel and rudder choice)
